Painter / Conformal Coating Operator

Painter – Conformal Coating Operator hand sprays different coating material to electronic circuit boards, follows instructions to make sure certain areas of the board do not get coated.

Fonctions Principales/Essential functions

• Hand spray with a gun acrylic coating or silicone coating to electronic circuit boards.
• Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of Conformal Coating or potting.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
• Remove any excess coating and perform manual touch-up.
• Transport racks of circuit boards from one destination to another to continue the manufacturing process.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to always provide a safe and clean working environment.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor to accommodate fluctuating production requirements.

Formation et expérience/Education and Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in PCBA Conformal Coating environment
• Electronics or component experience.
• IPC knowledge
• Ability to make decisions.
• Ability to work independently, with proven team building and leadership skills.
• Professional and mature attitude.
• A demonstrated high level of initiative, attention to detail and accuracy and work independently.
• Experience within a manufacturing facility.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and instructions in production files.
• Uses good communication skills to foster teamwork and drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Possess self-motivated, proactive work ethic, willingness to learn and change in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
