Our new manufacturing facility is state of the art and our sights are set on growth. We have the commitment from corporate to expand our business and we are searching for full time Spray Paint/Stain Finisher to assist with the manufacturing of Entry & Patio Doors.

The Paint / Stain Finisher position will be responsible to:
- Prepare doors for finishing by prepping, sanding and cleaning surfaces as required.
- Perform start-up tasks at beginning of shift.
- Have a basic understanding of the paint and spray paint process.
- Ensure adequate inventory of paint stock.
- Prepare paint/stain mixtures according to instructions and adjust viscosity to required values.
- Ensure proper paint storage.
- Package finished product.
- Clean and maintain all painting equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and performing work.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Hours of work:
- 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Paint finishing experience - at least 2 years’ experience.
- Ability to reproduce custom colour’s accurately and an eye for finishing detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience using a robotic paint booth a strong asset.
- Previous experience working with fiberglass and Door Manufacturing industry is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00 per hour
