Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications - Follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions to ensure accurate painting and finishing Requirements: - Experience with commercial and industrial painting projects - Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or instructions - Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients - Basic carpentry skills for minor repairs or construction projects - Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
