Terms:

· Compensation: $18-$23/hr (based on experience, no experience required)

· Location Thunder Bay and Surrounding areas

· 6 month probation

Requirements:

· Access to reliable transportation

· Willing/able to work indoors, outdoors, on a ladder and around odors

· Attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, able to distinguish between colours

· Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling and repetitive work

· Able to lift 50lbs

Duties:

· Surface preparation including cleaning, patching and sanding surfaces to be painted

· Loading and unloading of equipment, painting gear, ladders, scaffolding etc.

· Assist painters in required duties (caulking, painting, rolling, etc.)

· Site set up, clean up

· Brush and roll paint onto surfaces
