Job description

National Bank Financial Wealth Management is looking for Young Women university students all accross Canada who are curious and interested in learning about the Wealth Management industry and the Wealth Advisor role. Through this experiential mentorship, you will have an opportunity to be paired with an experienced mentor in the city where you are currently studying and access a dynamic network of industry specialists. Kick-start your career and discover the power of building relationships and the value of advice alongside passionate and inspiring professionals.

During the mentorship, you will attend:

  • Professional workshops
  • Skills building webinars
  • Engaging business discussions
  • Motivational speaker sessions to help you grow

First activity: Attend the Mentorship kickoff virtually with a panel of Women Advisors hosted by National Bank Financial which will be held end of September 2024.

Second activity: Pairing with an experienced mentor in the city closest to your university.

During the Mentorship Program:

  • Meet 2-hours per month in person for 9 months with your mentor(s) (September 2024 to Spring 2025)
  • Take part in networking and business development activities
  • Attend meetings with professionals in the investment industry

Prerequisites

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in progress at a Canadian university
  • Demonstrated interest in Finance and Wealth Management
  • Will be a student during the mentorship period (Fall 2024 to Spring 2025)
  • Available locally in person for the mentorship 2 hours a month for a 9-month period starting in the Fall 2024
