What will your typical day look like?


  • Join a growing team focused on supporting the continued development and monitoring activities that surround the Paradigm Program
  • Assist in the roll-out of new functionality to other member firms, including drafting documentation, sample processes, sample communications, and ad-hoc training.
  • Manage the testing of new and existing application functionality before the installation of new releases, service packs, and patches, including the development of test scripts, test cases, and test data as well as, organization of resources, logistical coordination of testing, and conducting the actual tests.
  • Responsible for deploying new functionality to the member firms. This includes, demonstrating the new functionality to the Paradigm Forum calls, and developing and providing virtual training.
  • Responsible for monitoring system issues and resolution process including work the Paradigm Local Administrators to identify potential defects or enhancements and drive them to a timely resolution
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the Paradigm activities, including status, release dates, issues/risks, member firm readiness & impact points, and overall adoption status to various stakeholders
  • Partner with Global Paradigm team members and MFs to ensure appropriate knowledge sharing, and identify & mitigate roadblocks to success
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization and build a strong work relationship our Deloitte Technology partners.
  • Support the leadership team with strategic planning, organizational planning, and business rhythm processes, aligning with other functions to contribute to budgets, objectives, resources, and capital plans.

You are someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with complex technology implementations (complexity includes intricacy in architecture, scope, and scale of the implementations
  • Advanced writing skills and the ability to synthesize system information and business processes into world class learning, communication, and presentation materials for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to understand the value of Paradigm within the context of Deloitte’s business
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision in a matrix environment
  • Capability to work remote
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud functionality and Tableau reporting
  • Intermediate to expert skill level with standard office-productivity tools (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) including a required knowledge of Excel data manipulation functions
  • Experience of working with SharePoint, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Access a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and understand application functionality from a non-technical perspective
  • Ability to develop an understanding of business processes to bridge the business needs to the technical solution being implemented
