Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle bus interior and exterior
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with luggage and answering any questions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing updates on travel times and any changes to the schedule
- Perform basic maintenance checks on the shuttle bus, such as checking fuel levels and tire pressure
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance checks on the shuttle bus
- Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and provide clear instructions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
