Part-Time Housekeeper

**Job Description:*

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our household as a Part-Time Housekeeper and Organizer. This permanent position entails maintaining cleanliness and organization within our household, with a schedule of 12-16 hours a week, within a Monday to Friday window. No weekends required.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Perform thorough cleaning of all areas in the household, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

2. Implement and maintain effective organizational systems to declutter and maximize space utilization in closets, cabinets, and storage areas.

3. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens, with careful attention to garment care and maintenance.

4. Coordinate with homeowners to understand their preferences and priorities regarding cleaning and organization, and adjust services accordingly.

5. Assist with light meal preparation and kitchen maintenance as needed.

6. Regularly assess the household for areas of improvement and proactively suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality.

7. Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding any specific requests, feedback, or concerns related to housekeeping and organization.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

**Requirements:**

1. Previous experience in housekeeping and organization, preferably in a residential setting.

2. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach to service.

4. Reliable with a commitment to consistently delivering excellent results.

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

7. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.

8. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
