Steady Start Immigration is looking for an experienced, motivated, and charismatic Immigration Assistant to join our dynamic team as we rapidly grow to meet the expectations of our clients.
The Ideal Candidate : The Ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people and provides a personal touch along with established prior experience in an office environment. Having experience working as an assistant, client intake specialist, or a similar role in a Immigration consultancy is a plus but not required.
Exceptional Client handling skills and prior sales experience. Ability to respond to clients in a confident and professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in typing, data entry, and use of Microsoft Office. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Social Media savy with the ability to create digital content.
Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for new and existing clients. This includes answering phone calls and emails and receiving clients at the office. Assisting the Lead Consultant in processing applications Preparing the application forms by working closely with the clients Providing assistance in the client in-take process. Responding to client queries through e-mail, telephone, or social media Complete and finalize documents after review Create social media content for the firm and engage with potential clients Help in other administrative work including file and inventory management, payment processing etc.
