Part Time Kitchen Staff (Sandwich maker)

The Purple Penguin Cafe located in the Toronto neighbourhood of Leslieville is looking for talented people to join our small team! Located on the corner of Queen Street East and Logan Avenue, the cafe is serving artisan sandwiches, fresh baked good. We are open 7 days a week.We are looking for someone who enjoys making delicious food and delivering a great customer experience.

****Work Hours

- Monday 7:30am - 4 pm

- Thursday 7:30am - 4 pm

-Saturday 7:45am - 2pm

-Sunday 7:45am - 2pm

- Ability to follow Health and Safety procedures and identify unsafe practices or conditions.

- Must work well with others.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Multitasking skills.

• Must be dependable and show up to work on time
• Must have great customer service skills
• Must have an impeccable sense of urgency/speed of service
• Must have baking experience
• Operate kitchen equipment (Microwave, Grill Panini , Deep fryer, slicer and utensils.
