Hours – Monday – Friday (available to cover weekends or afternoons if needed)

*As required for shift exchanges or based on the scheduling needs to the department could include 2:00pm – 8:00pm on weekends

The Manor Village at London is looking for a new team member to fill the role of Part-time Lead Receptionist. This role is responsible for evening and weekend coverage of our front reception, phone system, community access and clerical duties. The right candidate will be able to handle calls, cash, POS and have strong basic computer skills. The position requires sound judgment and problem-solving abilities, the ability to respond to emergency situations and a genuinely caring demeanor.

What you offer:

• Previous experience with multi-line telephone systems
• Demonstrates proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to operate cash register and run reports
• Must possess initiative and good judgment with an ability to maintain composure and confidentiality
