What you will do....

As the Membership Experience Representative, you will have interest and experience in working with youth. You will have to problem solve and deal with difficult situations. You will monitor the participants in the facility as well as be the point person for any emergency situations that may arise. You will proactively assist members and participants with needs, inquiries or concerns. The position will also require excellent knowledge of the services we provide. You will also ensure safety is maintained at all times. Some administrative duties may be required.


What you will bring…

You will be a confident, social person with great relationship building and leadership skills. You will have a high school diploma, and ideally, you will bring one year of customer service experience. You will be certified in First Aid/CPR and AED. This position also requires you to have a clear Criminal Records Check.
