Duties and Responsibilities
To aid the Station Manager in flight operations on the day of flight.
· Create Flight Files
· Prepare weight and balance forms
· Plan onload of aircraft
· Arrange for fueling of aircraft as required
· Oversee loading of aircraft
· Communicate with flight crew, ground crew, and passenger service agents
· Coordinate special service needs like wheelchairs for passengers
· Handle station's radio communications traffic
· Close out flights; file and maintain accurate flight papers
· Perform duties of freight agent as required

· Must be safety-oriented.
· Must be a Team player.
· Must be able to communicate information and instructions both verbally and written in fluent English
· Must be able to juggle large amounts of information and prioritize what needs to get done and when
· Must have excellent judgment.
Must be able to problem solve under pressure.
Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Pass
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19.5 – 22 per week
