QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of an accredited Personal Support Worker certificate course
- Knowledge of techniques used in caring for the elderly
- Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures
- Ability to provide resident care in accordance with application legislation, job routines, nursing care plans, ability to read and write English and understand both oral and written instructions in English
- Good attendance record is a must
- Must be available to work all shifts as required and weekends/holidays

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
- All surge and 24/7 training are up to date
