Position: Part-Time Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing phone inquiries.
• Proficiently handle claims for Registered Massage Therapist's clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Utilize Jane app software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of claims processing for Registered Massage Therapists.
• Familiarity with Jane app software is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
