Are you passionate about vaping and customer service? We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Worker to join our Vape Shop family.
We're Canada's biggest chain of specialty Vape Shops, Popavape. (60+ locations)
Position: Retail Worker
Hours: 16 hours per week - Day &/or evening shifts
Schedule: Weekends
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail experience is highly appreciated
- Passion for vaping and vaping products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Enthusiastic and a quick learner
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in choosing the right vaping products
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
- Restocking inventory and performing regular inventory checks
- Answering customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Staying up-to-date with the latest vaping trends and products
