Meet Fresh Prep — Western Canada’s most convenient and sustainable meal kit delivery service.
As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

What You'll Be Doing
- Properly operating the vehicle according to policy and motor vehicle laws and standards
- Loading and unloading using proper practices
- Confirming racks that have been order picked for drivers include all deliveries on their route
- Using Fresh Prep’s delivery software and accurately following directions therein
- Staging the checked rack at a specific stall within the parkade at Fresh Prep, along with any PPE (gloves, sanitizer, garbage bags, masks) we provide for delivery drivers
- Supporting drivers loading - ensuring idle time is kept to a minimum
- Ensuring only those drivers whose racks are confirmed and staged are entering the loading area
- Pallet building according to shipping manifests
- Keeping traffic moving through the loading area quickly, safely, and efficiently
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Report discrepancies to the immediate supervisor
- Follow current standards and procedures
- Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete
- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- You can read and interpret Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets and use email and other computer applications
- You are confident communicating clearly with diverse individuals in a fast-paced environment
- You have an ability to implement new processes or strategies in Logistics
- You have the ability to talk to technical and non-technical individuals about your work
- You’re able to be flexible with timing, staying until the job is done - end times may vary depending on a variety of factors
- Working experience in Driving, Order Picking, or Shipping and Receiving role preferred
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic mathematical skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
