Part-Time/Casual Front Desk Reception

Are you interested in working in a busy, multidisciplinary clinic in beautiful, downtown Smithers? Trillium Integrative Health Centre offers Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Registered Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic and treats up to 50 patients or more a day.

Trillium is hiring a casual, part-time reception position.

Responsibilities will include:

- answering phones

-booking appointments using JaneApp

-billing to extended health benefits

-taking payments

-cleaning treatment rooms, and more.

No experience necessary, but would be considered an asset. Best suited for an individual who excels in multitasking, computer savvy, outgoing, and is seeking a job in the healthcare industry.

This position would be a great opportunity for a high school graduate or student entering grade 12 seeking a future career in administration or one of our offered modalities (physio, massage, etc.)

Training can begin as early as May 2024, with the potential to work every Friday in June.

Must be available to work every Thursday and Friday in July and August. More shifts may be available throughout those months and future on a casual basis.
