Job Description: As a Barista at our Coffee Trailer, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes and high-quality standards. Your friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service skills will create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all our customers. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the Coffee Trailer operates smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and handling transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Taking customer orders and accurately preparing a range of coffee and tea beverages.
- Operating various coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with skill and care.
- Assisting with the setup and takedown of the Coffee Trailer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensuring the Coffee Trailer's cleanliness and organization, including regular sanitization of workstations and equipment.
- Maintaining a well-stocked inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed.
- Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and using the point-of-sale system.
- Engaging with customers, answering questions about our coffee offerings, and providing recommendations as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a seamless workflow and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- A passion for Coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends, as per the schedule.
