Description

The Parts Advisor will provide quick and efficient service to all retail and wholesale customers. To distribute and ship all parts in an orderly and expedient manner.
Main Duties:
-Greet all customers and provide excellent customer service. Follow the telephone- answering procedures.
-Address customer and technician requests.
-Pull parts from inventory as outlined in pull board procedure and generate invoices.
-Source Parts. Enter parts number into the computer that has been given to the technicians on work orders.
-Sell dealership products.
-Create orders for all parts ordered.
-Ship Cores- retail and warranty.
-Reorder stock parts and empty bin parts.
-Keep proper stock level for shop parts and supplies.
-Check off all parts arrivals and receipt the orders in CDK
-Cut Keys
-Sell accessories and parts
Employment Requirements:
Gr. 12 High School Diploma
Automotive Part Knowledge
Computer knowledge
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Valid Driver License
