Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Parts Back Counter Staff. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Parts Manager in maintaining efficient parts operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing daily parts operations and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a well-organized parts department for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Uphold a customer-driven focus by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to meet overall business goals.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clean driver's abstract is a must.
- Previous CDK Experience is considered an asset.
- Friendly, honest, and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
