Basic Job Description:

The primary goal of this position is to drive the sale of motorcycle parts and accessories in store and online while ensuring customer needs and expectations are met and dealt with on a timely basis; assist in the merchandizing and display of product for sale; assist in developing processes and procedures within the parts department; and maintain inter-relations with the other departments to assist in developing a proper team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in meeting sales targets for the Parts & Ecommerce department
• Assist in keeping inventories at reasonable levels, track and develop min/max processes, programs to move old and obsolete inventory
• Assist in the ordering, accurate receiving of all inventory, stocking and sales
• Responsible to ensure customer experience is maintained at high levels
• Have in-depth product knowledge and research options for customer requests in a timely fashion
• Drive and develop the merchandizing of product to enhance sales in store and online
• Order fulfillment, picking parts, packaging and shipping

Qualifications:

• Previous parts experience is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a must
• Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word and willing to learn other applications as necessary to assist in the job performance.
• Acute level of detail and accuracy and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity.
• Very strong communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
