Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and check in patients
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records
- Handle phone inquiries with a friendly demeanour
- Verify insurance coverage and manage payments
- Maintain organized patient records
- Assist with billing, coding, and referrals
- Ensure a tidy front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (AbelDent, Dentrix, etc.)
- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures (a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using office equipment
