Patient Transfer Attendant/Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical facilities in a safe and timely manner. If you have a passion for patient care and enjoy being on the road, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
- Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations
- Maintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, mileage, and any incidents or delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.20-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
