Payable Coordinator - Parts

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Parts Payable Coordinator to join our clients team for a Temporary role located in Ajax, ON. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $20 to $26.70 per hour. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of domestic invoices, maintaining database integrity, and supporting various aspects of the parts payable process.

• Process and post assigned domestic invoices within established timelines.
• Maintain the EDI Microsoft database through daily updates and error documentation.
• Analyze and ensure accuracy of automated oil billings through query analysis.
• Verify transportation claims in the VW Parts Portal for open invoices.
• Code and log all manual purchase order or scheduling agreement invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare, send, and track EDI invoice discrepancy correspondence to vendors.
• Support the Parts Inquiry Mailbox as needed.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure documentation for domestic parts invoice processes is prepared, tested, and maintained.

• Bachelor's degree and working toward an Accounting Designation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Provide proof of education/employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• SAP or part inventory experience would be an asset.
• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
