SalaryICM Fabrication Inc. is looking for a dynamic and versatile payroll specialist., salary starting at $ 25/hr. The ideal candidate has good accounting knowledge and is familiar with Quebec's labor laws. In addition, the candidate is dynamic, versatile, reliable, discreet with sensitive and confidential information, rigorous, detail-oriented, autonomous, resourceful, proactive and a good communicator both orally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
- ADP payroll processing for 4 affiliates (approximately 100 employees).
- Assist in the management of timesheets, absences, ROE, special payments, expense payments, etc. to process payroll in a timely manner.
- In charge of the group benefits and insurance program.
- Responsible for producing T4, Relevé 1, all tax documents as well as all journal entries, corrections, and end-period adjustments.
- Follow-up and treatment of CNESST cases.
- Record the salary expense in the accounting system and ensure the integrity of the information.
- Assist with social activities.
- Contribute with social media management.
- Responsible for the human resources function and talent acquisition.
- Occasionally assist with other accounting tasks.
- Participate in special projects.
