Pemberton Subcontractors needed

Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other areas as assigned
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Knowledge of proper use of hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus

This position is for subcontractors who will work on a contract basis. The specific terms of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
