Legal Aid Saskatchewan has a rare opportunity to join our People and Culture team. We are looking for full time, permanent People and Culture Specialist. This role wears many different hats while supporting a busy team of professionals across the entire province. The role leads administrative staff recruitment, wellness, health and safety efforts and supports Director of P&C in the creation and implementation of the DEI initiatives. The role is based out of Saskatoon Head Office and eligible for flexible work arrangement.
Main Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Director, People and Culture (P&C), the P&C Specialist implements Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and supports Director, P&C in creating and delivering on the DEI strategy and outcomes. The P&C Specialist, under the guidance of Director, P&C creates and implements the Engagement and Wellness program and its objectives to support Legal Aid Saskatchewans Strategic Priority of having Purpose-Driven Teams Producing Remarkable Outcomes.
