Rose Rocket is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role has the opportunity to shape and own our paid marketing strategy and execution, which is an instrumental part of Rose Rocket’s acquisition strategy.

Job responsibilities
Responsible for our paid and organic channels and their results, including but not limited to Search, Display, Remarketing, Social, and Organic
Manage our paid budget and Return on Ad Spend accordingly to meet monthly pipeline goals, including but not limited to optimizing for the right channel mix, bid optimization, budget spend, and other available tactics
Track KPIs and leading indicators of performance, while adjusting campaigns as needed on a daily or weekly basis
Expanding on our SEO strategy, with programmatic and editorial SEO practices
Run performance testing against ad copy, landing pages, and other variables to optimize for performance improvements month over month
Scaling channels that work, while testing new channels to prepare for future scalability and reach
Conduct performance analysis of customer acquisition funnel to identify gaps that lead to higher conversions. Work with the Marketing team to come up with new copy, landing pages, ads, and campaigns that will improve funnel performance.
Conduct research on a regular basis to learn more about our personas and their online activities that can lead to higher engagement or performance for Rose Rocket’s product
Keep up to date with best practices and trends in the Performance Marketing space
What you will bring to the team
At least 2-4+ years of related Performance Marketing experience, especially in an agency or startup environment.
Hands-on experience with channels including paid search, social, display, video, and attribution methodology
Track record of improving performance in a client or company’s paid channels - you know which levers to pull to test and impact performance and you are restless until you get the best results you can get out of your given budget
Hands-on experience setting up channels from scratch and managing the back-end (search, social, programmatic, and more)
Strong collaboration abilities - no team member works alone in marketing, and you thrive in a team environment where each member’s skills are put to good use
