- Assist with the safe delivery of recreational and social events.
- Promote a healthy and safe environment for residents, families, visitors, and fellow staff members.
- Work within the stipulated budget.
- Ensure all services are provided within acceptable time frames.
- Assist with orientation of the facility to new residents.
- Report resident and family concerns.
- Keep your Supervisor aware of resident concerns.
