Permanent Part Time Cleaning Position - Custom Manufacturing Industry

Titan Trailers is in need of a Part Time Permanent Cleaning person at the Titan East Site in Delhi, Ontario.

This is a part-Time Cleaning Position at approximately 6 hours per day Monday to Thursday and 3 hours Friday. The start and stop times may vary depending on cleaning needs. This position will require the successful candidate to provide cleaning duties to two (2) Titan Trailers sites (1129 Highway #3, Delhi and 1301 Jackson Side Road, Tillsonburg). They will be required to have their own reliable transportation and manage their hours and work independently.

Job Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of general work area
• Sweeping and cleaning the floors
• Emptying garbage and ensuring common work spaces are orderly
• Cleaning employee bathrooms and restocking toilet paper, paper towels
• Cleaning hard surfaces such as desks and counter tops (as required)
• Maintaining adequate cleaning and paper products in all work spaces
• Lifting and moving material
• Other general cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Industrial cleaning environment would be considered an asset
  
• Willing to be flexible with hours
  
• Must have reliable transport to and from work
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Strong attention to detail

Work Conditions

• Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  
• Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
  
• Extremely busy environment – must be able to work with little supervision
  
• Hazards associated with the trade.
  
• This is a dusty and smoky environment
