Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Love & Persson Group is searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service for our Personal Lines Insurance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with insurance advise with respect to typically everyone’s most valuable asset; their home!

Skills Required

· Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills

· Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office and other similar products

· Must display excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Must have a valid Manitoba drivers license

· Must have completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

· Previous experience in industry and level 1 license or higher through ICM considered an asset

Main Duties

· Manage assigned clients

· Gather any and all required underwriting for policy issuance/processing

· Analyze and advise clients of current coverages and loss exposures

· Transact policy change requests with insurer and track transaction processing

· Obtain and negotiate rates with insurance companies

· Complete applications for processing
