```Duties:```
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care, including nursing home residents, seniors, and patients receiving hospice care.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Reminding medication according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Document observations and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing home, senior care, hospice care, dementia care, and assisted living practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and their families.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
