SalaryWe are seeking a part time PSW to provide home support and personal care to a senior female living in Ottawa. Her husband is the primary caregiver and is looking for some respite shifts. The ideal shift times are Tuesdays and Fridays, 1 to 5 pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- companionship and doing fun activities with the client
- meal preparation and grocery shopping (grocery store is across the street)
- medication reminders
- light housekeeping duties, tidying up around the house

myCareBase is an online platform that connects families who are caring for an aging loved one, with caregivers looking for work. We help families and paid caregivers facilitate the recruitment, vetting and placement process.
We want to help you find more clients! You set your own hourly rates, and have control of when and where you want to work. There is no cost to be included on our platform.
Accepted candidates will go through an assessment and vetting process to ensure a consistent level of quality on our platform. This process will include a job reference check (so please be prepared to provide 2 job references) and a criminal background check.

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
