Seeking Personal Support Workers/Youth Care Workers for casual, part-time and full-time positions working with residents with neurodiverse needs.
Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides essential 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth with social and emotional challenges and youth with neurodiverse needs. Youth and residents are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines & limits, nurturing & understanding, and teach values & skills required for successful living.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and possess their own transportation.

- resume with three references, at least two references being supervisory work references
- clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector query
Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with post secondary education in Youth Care Work, Social Work, Counseling or other related disciplines and/or 1-2 years of previous work experience in human services.
Hourly wage range between $20.13 - $30.64 depending on education and earning potential over time, based upon years of service.
