We are looking for ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Dartmouth Team. The trainer will play a crucial role in helping our members progress towards their health and fitness goals!

The ideal candidate is somebody who can bring a great attitude to each training session, while also applying their craft by ensuring members are performing movements correctly and give modifications where necessary.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate within a team to promote the values and culture of F45 Training Dartmouth

-Ensure each member is attended to every class

-Demonstrate all movements with technical proficiency

-Communicate training principles to members in a way that will be understood by them

-A strong interest and passion to help every person who walks through our doors

-Bring a positive and welcoming attitude to each training session

Experience & Skills:

-Previous experience in personal training

-Training Certification:

Ex: CPT (ISSA, CanFit, NSCA), CSCS (NSCA), CEP (CSEP), etc.

-Good Verbal communication

-Comfortable Speaking in front of crowds

-Basic understanding of anatomy: Understand how we move to cue proper technique to members or provide relevant modifications where necessary

-Basic understanding of exercise physiology: Understand how our bodies will respond and adapt to our different workout types

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer (required)

Work Location: In person
