Photographer/Videographer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer/Videographer and Content Creator to join our team full-time. This role is crucial for showcasing properties through captivating photos, videos, blogs, and social media content. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of photography, videography, and social media marketing.
Responsibilities:

• Property Photography and Videography:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of real estate properties, highlighting their key features and selling points.
• Use advanced photography and videography equipment to ensure top-notch visual content.

• Content Creation:
• Produce engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and property descriptions.

• Social Media Marketing:
• Schedule and post blog content across platforms
• Post listing videos across platforms

• Client Relations:
• Work closely with real estate agents and property owners to meet their specific content needs.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using DSLR cameras, drones, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong writing skills for blog and social media content.
• Experience shooting, creating and editing video content.
• Experience or willingness to learn real estate photography and videography.
• Knowledge of marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of properties through visuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A passion for photography, videography
• Candidate must have an operating and reliable vehicle to use to get to and from shoots.
