Salary- To effectively prepare pizzas and breads by following production planners and recipe cards to Company standards
- To ensure all merchandised product meets the appearance and quality requirements;
- To ensure that employees are maintaining the quality of production and following specifications
- To delegate and assign tasks to employees according to the needs of the business;
- To oversee and ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer orders (in-store and over the phone)
- To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner;
- To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
- To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;
- To ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas, as per Company Policy;
- To maintain a high regard for Food Safety;
- Responsible to ensure product is received and stored according to Company standards;
- To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
- To perform other duties, as required.
