• Summary

This position is a 4 On 4 Off Rotation. Staff must be able to fulfil entire rotation including weekends and STAT holidays that fall on their rotation. Staff support two individuals who require assistance with, medication administration, hygiene, light housekeeping, and cooking.

This position is 6 hours rest, 6 hours awake supports. Staff are required to complete daily documentation, tracking as per ShareVision, attending staff meetings, and access their SASH work emails while on shift.

• Qualifications:

Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred).

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.

A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.

Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.

Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.

• Salary: $19.75 - $24.27 and is dependent on education and experience.
