Player Assistant

Great interpersonal skills are required for this position at Windermere Golf and Country Club

Ensure the proper pace of play on the golf course. ( 4hrs, 10 minutes)

Make sure members and guests obey all signage on the course

Assist in finding members and guests lost golf balls.

All slow groups must be dealt with accordingly and reported to the Pro shop

Be cordial at all times and use discretion and diplomacy when dealing with

difficult issues.

Have a copy of the tee sheet and roster with you at all times.

Keep scorecards, pencils and player's guides available on your cart.

Always stop and pick up garbage on the course and paths.

Name badges and proper staff uniforms must be worn at all times.

No logos from other courses are acceptable attire and are not to be worn at

WGCC during your shift.

Keep a close eye on weather conditions.

Be in continual contact with the Pro shop staff.
