Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipment in accordance with local, provincial, and national building and plumbing codes
- Read and interpret plumbing schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
- Proficient in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the trade
- Knowledge of general construction systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
