Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of interior construction sites, including but not limited to floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
- Remove debris, dust, and construction materials left behind after construction work.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate cleaning activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Must be able to get to site on time.
