Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The Practice Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental or medical office management, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of healthcare operations.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated dental staff, including front desk personnel, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and maintain the practice's financial health, including scorecards, metrics, billing, and accounting.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and other administrative tasks to optimize office efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training, continuing education, and performance evaluations.
- Resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with dentists and specialists to optimize treatment planning and patient care.
