As a Practice Manager you would be responsible for ensuring the daily operations run smooth within the office, your team is supported, and the patient experience is outstanding! Some of the responsibilities would be completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, scheduling, hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members. As a leader you would need to excel in communication both verbal and written.
