Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Pre-Owned Sales & Systems Analystto work for our client, Porsche, a luxury automotive brand for a 1-year Contract role located in North York, ON. As a recent graduate in IT Systems Management, Software Engineering, or Business Management, you will drive the implementation and maintenance of key business systems to elevate dealer satisfaction. - Implement and maintain business systems (Remarketing, PPN, Porsche Finder, C@P Leads, Tableau Analytics) to enhance dealer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot, test, and implement internal systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Monitor Pre-Owned KPIs, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Administer the department budget, ensuring accurate payment and tracking.
- Provide ad-hoc project support, including presentation development.
- Facilitate dealership support and communication, managing dealer inquiries and purchase orders.
- Submit reports to management and support national conferences and meetings.
- Collaborate with the Vehicle Personalization team for vehicle ordering (Systems: PVMS/PDSR).
- Recent graduate in IT Systems Management, Software Engineering, or Business Management.
- Certification in Web development, Google Analytics, and/or UX is an asset.
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating qualitative and quantitative skills.
- Enthusiasm for automotive subjects (experience not required).
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Google Analytics experience preferred.
- Quick learner of new systems and platforms.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven project management skills with a customer-centric and teamwork-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize, structure tasks, and adapt to changing scenarios.
- French language skills are an asset but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
