TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is looking for experienced PWHT Technicians.

We average over 1,500 jobs per year with up to 130 employees and have the newest and largest fleet of mobile Heat Treatment equipment in Western Canada. -Post Weld Heat Treatment

-Pre Heating

-Bake outs

-Cold Cutting and Beveling

-Hydraulic Torquing, Tensioning and Nut Splitting

-Hydro Testing

-Coring

-Hot and Cold Taps

-Flange Facing and Portable Milling

Responsibilities and Duties

• The ability to work independently on-site
• Good communication skills
• Customer focused
• Strong Safety awareness and discipline
• Set up and monitor electric Pre Heating and PWHT
• Ability to assist in the set up and monitoring of gas PWHT
• PWHT technicians need good eyesight, and the ability to concentrate over long periods
• good understanding of English and Mathematics is required as work involves controlling heating / cooling rates, compiling written reports, working with figures (time v temperature rates)

Qualifications and Skills

Education and working experience

• Experience in similar role within the Heat Treatment industry
• Computer literate and demonstrate high communication skills
• Work away from home
• Class 3 Drivers License Preferred

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
