Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular product cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product costing within Legend's ERP system.
• Analyze manufacturing and production processes to determine accurate costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Assist in setting competitive sell prices to customers based on cost analysis and market trends.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Review inventory variance reports and conduct root-cause analysis on all discrepancies to prevent inventory inaccuracies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in implementing solutions to improve profitability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing and cost management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is considered an asset.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Minimum of two years of previous experience working with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
