Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person to join our small team. The position involves Customer Service and Vendor/Project Coordination in a busy commercial Printing/Signage environment in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Communication with corporate clients and vendors to meet deadlines
Monitor phone calls and emails and respond to client requests
Arrange couriers and shipping for completed jobs
Enter and process invoice payments, follow up on receivables etc.
Assist production team with print and sign projects.
Adminstrative tasks
Vendor/Project Coordination:
Ensure timely production of jobs
Track outsourced jobs, follow up with vendors and arrange shipping to clients
Assist Sales Manager with sourcing and scheduling
Other duties as assigned
Print or Sign shop experience is required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Professional, pleasant and courteous manner
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Basic knowledge of design software (InDesign / Adobe CS) or digital print/sign shop experience
- Must be computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem solving and prioritizing ability
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Understand the importance of urgency and accuracy at the same time
- Ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
