Support Worker
Duties:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met

- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Skills:
- Experience in dementia care and understanding of the unique needs of individuals with dementia
- Proficient in meal preparation and knowledge of special dietary requirements
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Knowledge of senior care practices and techniques
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards

- Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
