We began as a horse-logging operation in 1939 and have grown to become an industry-leading mass timber provider with a high-tech sawmill. Role and Objectives:

The Process Improvement role, under the direction of the Director of Business Intelligence, is responsible for ensuring superior product quality and value optimization in manufacturing that will support our new canter line while remaining in compliance with applicable company standards and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to collect and analyze numerical data.
  • Physically capable of sorting and handling lumber.
  • Good understanding of production processes.
  • Offers creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Other duties as requested or required.

Requirements:

  • Sawmill and/or general manufacturing experience would be an asset.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Proven track record for problem solving.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
